The Carolina Garrison was out in force for the Greensboro Roller Derby’s 5th Annual Star Wars Bout. Nine members were on hand to greet fans and skaters alike. The Dark Lord made an appearance with his personal bodyguard shadow trooper, as well as two TK’s, two clone troopers, an officer, another officer disguised as a Jedi, and a mischievous Jawa. The group spent the afternoon posing with tons of roller derby enthusiasts and more than a few brides-to-be as a Bridal Show and Wedding Expo was also being held in the Coliseum at the same time. Everyone had a great time and we’re looking forward to the next one.
