This is the City of Charleston Police Dept.’s annual event for the families of their Police Officers and city invitees. The event was at Brittlebank Park (across from the City of Charleston Police Dept. HQ and right on the famous Ashley River. The event featured fire trucks, members of the Carolina Garrison, jump castles, Mobile Video Game truck and lots of food (burgers, hot dogs, cole slaw, potato salad, chips, BBQ chicken, chicken nuggets, cookies and Coca-Cola provided Dasani water, Sprite and Coke).
The Garrison set up a table full of props as well as a Death Star backdrop underneath a 12′-0″x8′-0″ pop-up tent provided by Rusty Myers. We were very proud to be able to attend this event and support the wonderful men and women of the police department.
