We heard back from NCSU and they are increasing the number of characters allowed. Therefore, I have 6 more slots I am adding. The first four go to those already on standby:

That leaves two more slots for someone else to sign up. I will open sign ups again
Can we secure a spot for my daughter in her Jawa?
Is she a member? If not, unfortunately we cannot. Since it is an LFL event, only approved members of the listed organizations are able to attend. Correct me if I’m wrong, @bobafett4ever
I am not sure. Let me know, so I can prepare accordingly. She is a member of the Galactic Academy, but not sure if that has any pull. Understand either way!

Any word back? She (my daughter/Jawa) would really like to troop and attend. If I bought a game ticket for her, could she troop with us?
Hi Jay. Sorry for the delay. I heard back from the venue. Brooke’s response is below
“Thanks for reaching out and asking! As long as her parent is with her at all times, I’m okay with her attending as a Jawa. If something occurs where she cannot be in character though, I would ask for the parent to take her aside, which means they would need to get out of costume as wellâ€
Shift dependent, However I will try to be there.
Thank you for the follow up…you’ll have one excited Jawa! She’ll be with me during the entirety of the event and will represent us all very well.

Hello all. I need a vehicle count for parking passes by end of day if possible. Handlers should ride with troopers and if anyone can carpool that would be great. Please either respond here or message me on Facebook (Juli Fette Spata)
Info from the organizer regarding parking and schedule below:
Great! We’ll have someone from our team meet everyone at 10am at parking lot 4A/4B.
Once I have the map of locations on the concourse, l’ll send that your way! We’ll have you on the concourse from 11-12pm and then a break for as long as you need! Then we’d love to have you all taking turns going on court during timeouts just to interact with fans and cheerleaders, not to participate in anything! Is that okay?
Lastly, we would like to recognize you all in the 2nd half at one of the first timeouts, so we’ll have you be ready for that at the start of the second half, and then everyone is free to go after that timeout! Let me know if that works!
