Thanks – I’ll let the organizer know there will be at least 4 as they were asking if we’d want an 8×8 table/booth space… so I’ll let them know we would like it.
I’ll be out of town that weekend but I’m sure some 501st will sign up eventually as well.
Hello, Ramon. As a follow-up, since we only have 1 8×8 table, and it’s a smaller building, I say let’s limit it to around 8 total… so the 4 MMs you have and we’ll cap it at 4 on our side too. Don’t want it to be insanely crowded in a little booth :)
I’m new! Are tickets free for dressed members at this Con? I’d like to go, but I might not if I have to pay for the ticket. I’ve went to two large Cons this year before I joined… and my wife probably doesn’t want me to spend money on a third, lol.
Sometimes we’re provided tickets, but to this event, it doesn’t appear so. Sorry.

It doesn’t look like any of the 501st folks, including myself, are planning on being there for both days (looks like 4 for Saturday and 1 for Sunday). That could be why you aren’t getting any volunteers to be the 501st POC. Anyone bring stuff for the table? I’m hoping that the CG brochures will arrive in time, but I have not gotten shipping info so, most likely not. Do we have a QR code for the Make a Wish charity that we can have folks at the convention scan and donate? We should have that at every con we do to at minimum. My wife is still homebound so I have to arrange a caretaker for her this Saturday just so I can make it. Right now it’s unlikely I will get permission from my wife to abandon her for two days in a row. I got Eastgate Con in Greensboro next weekend (Sunday) already approved, but I’m concerned that we only got one 501st member for Sunday.
I switched to Sunday. This is my second troop. Not sure what to do, but I’ll be happy to follow orders. For the Empire!

Yes, not an issue. There are 3 or 4 going tomorrow, but know the Con didn’t provide us extra tickets so you’ll have to pick one up to get in.
