Do we think this will be moved indoors if it going to rain all day?
I haven’t heard anything, but please, if you would like to take on being a POC for this event, you can reach out to them and see if they have a plan B.

I reached out to the contact yesterday and he copied me on on an email to the organizers regarding a back up plan for weather. I will let you know what they say as soon as we hear back!
