I am interested in both days. I have to consult with my wife’s work calendar, and put in for vacation from work. We would drive down from Wilmington, NC and stay in a hotel overnight. Maybe do some tourists stuff too for the wife! Sounds like a good excuse to take my wife to Charleston!
I am bringing R2 (and Bone- LOL) from Myrtle on Friday. Planning on leaving from work and being there as close to 5 as we can
This looks fully staffed to me, but is anyone dropping out since the time for both days ways changed to 10am-2pm? Just saw that Facebook message from Kevin. I see Greg’s comment about arriving with R2 around 5pm.
We can accommodate troopers all day. We just need to make sure that we’re getting group photos at the end for attendance purposes. I want to make sure that everybody that wants to go can go. For anybody that’s following this the 10 AM to 2 PM is not the locked in time . My goal is to make sure that we have troops on the floor as much as possible no matter what the character is. The kids will be rotating in and out from upstairs to come and visit. There will be some downtime. We will have a larger room for changing. The hospital is being very accommodating for us. Our times are very flexible.
I’m planning to be there around 4 on Friday the 22nd.
Will people still be there when we get there at 5 on Friday? Who is planning on staying until the end(ish)

What time are the Thursday troops going to be on site. I’m headed down from Myrtle.
Thursday… Park in the garage if you can find a spot. Check your roof clearance. Thursday go to room 6018. Just walk in. No security or check in that I saw. The door code is 5432.
