On Feb. 9, members of the Carolina Garrison attended the annual achievement night where the 4-H’ers in Forsyth County celebrate their previous year of projects; these can range from competing in public speaking to a wide variety of community service projects. In 2015 alone, the Forsyth County 4-H youth community service hours totaled 3,312. At achievement night, a highlight of the evening is when each 4-H youth is called up to the stage to receive their award. This year, their council voted for this night to have a Star Wars theme.
