This sucks! I won’t be able to make it as something has come up that will conflict with this event that I can’t get out of. I’m a bit sad as this is one of my favorite events.
the event has been moved to Broad Creek Christian Church located at 45 Olympia Road New Bern, NC 28560. People will start arriving around 10:00 but we would love it if you guys were able to hand out medals to our athletes at 10:30, which is when the pizza party/medal ceremony starts. We will have a room available for you to change into costume.
Can folks please confirm if they’ll still participate?
