I’ll POC this event.
This event supports a local charity called Children of Fallen Heroes.
They will provide all costumed members with lunch and drink and can provide free tickets for all family members if requested in advance.
Children will be in costume and trick or treating this event. We will bring candy to hand out to kids and families. This is a really fun Halloween event.
Registration is locked as they requested the final signups.
She received word from the producer. They ask that we arrive by 815 and have cleared the tarmac by 915am. In the past we have all met up locally at the local Harris Teeter and convoy to the airport. I will try and reach out to everyone to establish a communication chain going forward. Thanks, it’s gonna be fun!
