Thank you so much for coming out to our event, we are incredibly excited to see you all there! I am attaching a layout of the event for you including our break area and restroom locations. We were planning to have you all in our photo area where we have themed props and backdrops set up, but would certainly love for you all to move around the event at your discretion. Our changing room will be single occupancy but should have enough room for everyone to store their things. There are public restrooms and we will be supplying snacks and waters. Parking is designated on the second image for reference, but staff will be onsite to assist. The event starts at 8:00 a.m. and last until noon, so anytime before 8 would be preferable, although whatever you all are able to do is more than enough! If there are any other accommodations or considerations you would like for us to know about don’t hesitate to ask. If you wouldn’t mind sharing this with everyone you know who is participating that would be fantastic. We look forward to seeing you this Saturday, for the Empire!

I will plan to be there by 7:30 AM…and should be able to stay for the entire event time…with a break or 2 in there.
