501st Legion - Carolina Garrison Charitable Contributions

This form is designed for CG Members to record information for Charity Related Troops and enable the GCR's to record and track the data for the purpose of posting the information on the CG Website and upward reporting of charitable hours, monies, and related items to Legion. Please review the text for each entry to ensure the form is submitted properly.
