DESCRIPTION: It’s a community toy‑drive blitz organized by News 2 (WCBD) in partnership with the U.S. Marines to collect new, unwrapped toys for children in need in the Lowcountry. 

The event is often framed as a “final push” or culminating day for donations during the holiday season.  Community members can drive through and drop off their donations at the studio location.  Over the 2024 campaign, 92,582 toys and hundreds of bicycles were collected to support over 3,000 local families across Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.

Event is from 6 AM to 6 PM, but we're targeting 11 AM to 2 PM if you can make that.  You're free to attend at a different time.
