DESCRIPTION:This event is going on for 4 days: Monday, June 1, 2026 through Thursday, June 4, 2026 and will run from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM each night (you should arrive at about 4:30-5:00PM to suit up or you can arrive any time during the event), but they are not requiring or asking for folks to stay the entire time.  Monday they would like us to be there early since that is when most of the folks attending will be checking in.   Since their are a lot of kids attending, they might require our folks to complete a background check, which they would pay for, but they will let us know soon.

Every year we provide a free sports, crafts, and acting clinic for our community. each year is themed and has a time of songs, skits, and message at the beginning then we break for sports and other activities with local coaches. Anyway this years them is Space and  leaning heavily into the Star Wars side. for the first night we usually have close to a 1000 people coming through the line to check in over 500 kids that get free shirts, a free meal, and a great time. The main desire would be to have some of the 501st to be mingling around especially  the first night as people get checked in 5:30-6:30 and if anyone would like to stay they can. Or the last night parents are invited to join us which would also be an excellent day to come and help the environment there as well.
