DESCRIPTION:Uptown Shelby Holiday Parade is located in the heart of our small town.  It is a fairly large event for the town.  
It is roughly a 10 block length parade route.  
There is a "RAIN DATE" of Dec. 7th!!!  It would be ideal to have SW characters available just in case on the rain date. Last year the parade was canceled due to weather.
