This is an annual event. I've done it for the past 3 years.

1 vehicle per group - setup in upper parking lot; Other cars can be parked on the street or lower parking lot (free)
Request targeting no more than 3 per car.

Wear costumes appropriate for children.  Hand out candy (store-bought only) and/or small toys.  Bring activity/game
Decorate the vehicle and add lights.  About 100 families expected to attend.

Bathroom inside for changing, but event is outside.
