“We will be parking in the parking lot at the corner of McDowell and Lenior St. It's where the parade ends so we'll be able to jump in our cars and head out once we're done."

Added by Chris Casino:  As you all may know, Brandon pays for this event out of pocket. While reimbursement isn't required to join this event, any donations to help recoup the cost is GREATLY appreciated, and can be given to him on the day of the parade. (Usually $5 per person would cover it, but if you've got a $10 that helps greatly as not everyone is in a position to donate).

We do have to pay for parking... it's per hour, so maybe just pay the entire day to cover it?  If you want to guesstimate it, we're usually done and out by noon, but that isn't guaranteed until we have an idea on our placement in the parade.

You want to get there before 7 AM as that's when they start to lock down some of the surrounding streets.  
We usually have coffee / hang out for about 30 to 60 mins.  Maybe around 8 we start to get ready... head to the starting line at 8:45.  Get to our starting point by 9ish then stand around another hour to hour and a half to if we're up front, hopefully we'll get lined up sometime between 10:30 and 11 and moving by 11:15.
This is a rough guestimate based on the past few years, but if we're farther back in the parade route then we won't be moving until later than that (or could also get moved up more to the front).
