DESCRIPTION:Each year on Halloween, our inpatient pediatric department does a few fun events for the kids in the hospital on Halloween. One of those events is a parade with the kids and staff, and we also usually try to get a few characters to visit. Several years ago, we had a visit from your group and it was fantastic!

***The Garrison PoC for this event will need to reach out to confirm what time the parade / event will take place and what time everyone can be there to suit up.***

Parade will start at 2... would like for characters to stick around to get pics until 4.  Can arrive at at 1 to get ready.  They asked that this be limited to 3 or 4 max.
