DESCRIPTION:Venue:  The Cary Theater

The Cary will host 3 film screenings of Star Wars films at 12 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM. 
Costumed characters will make appearances before and between films: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. 
Characters can relax, eat, or visit with guests in Brew Coffee or outside venue in between appearances.

This will be broken into 3 shifts.  You may work more than 1 shift if you'd like.  Please sign up for each shift as applicable.

This event may/can coincide with another event in Cary, May the Fourth Downtown Cary Park... from their organizer...
"I know you guys are working with The Cary Theater again this year as well—if we want to do a collab with them (to maximize everyone’s time) that totally works for us OR if you have enough folks available to do both, of course that’s great too!  We’re right down the street and can send over a golf cart shuttle that can take at least 4 folks per trip.  Last year we coordinated so that the visits to DCP were during the film screenings.  I’ve copied Lani here so we can all be in the loop!

Their screenings are at the following times and Downtown Cary Park (DCP) activities:
12pm Screening @ The Cary Theater
1pm-DCP event starts
2pm-Session 1 of Jedi training begins
3pm Screening @ The Cary Theater
3pm-DCP Dog Costume Contest begins (maybe your team could ‘crash’ the contest and/or do some judging!)
4pm-Session 2 of Jedi training begins
5pm-DCP EVENT END
6pm Screening @ The Cary Theater

Let me know if you feel like you have enough crew to divide up and attend both separately—or if a combo where we shuttle some of the team over to DCP from The Cary Theater between intermissions/pre-shows instead.

Would love to have as many folks as you have available—always such a huge highlight!"  

Can collaborate if you want to work both troops as they appear to be able to transport back and forth, if interested.  POC can work out details."
