MAKE 'm SMILE NC is a large scale annual event to celebrate kids and adults of all ages with special needs and their families. We provide food, entertainment, characters appearances and connections to local resources which serve the special needs community. The event is FREE to the families. Last year we had over 1000 people in attendance and expect to double that this year.
