Parking location and details:
Complimentary parking will be provided for all participating characters and handlers at Holland Park Church. A designated parking location and arrival instructions will be shared with confirmed participants before the event.

Saturday, August 29, 2026

Event start time and approximate end time:
Fan Fest: 4:30–6:30 p.m.
Gates Open: 6:00 p.m.
Match: 7:00–approximately 9:00 p.m.

Call time:
4:00 p.m. if they want to attend fan fest

5:30 if they just want to attend the game

Changing room details:
A private, secure changing and staging area will be provided at the stadium, with access to nearby restrooms. Participants will be able to store their personal belongings in this space during the event.
