DESCRIPTION:Each season of Girls on the Run ends in a celebratory 5K! This untimed and non-competitive 5K event offers a fun and unique running experience where all paces and abilities are celebrated fully alongside our GOTR participants.

Community runners are invited to take part in the joyful, GOTR experience and run their happy pace through the course which begins and ends with a dance party and fun at Tanger Outlets. The course is fully paved, with road closures for safety and 2 water stations along the way.

Funds raised through the GOTR 5K supports scholarships for GOTR participants, allowing GOTR WNC to keep the promise that no girl is turned away from the program due to family finances.
