CPALS is partnered with UNC-Hospitals Hematology-Oncology Clinic to provide support to previous and current patients, their families, and healthcare workers. More specifically, the Festival of Hope is an event that CPALS plans to provide the patients, families, and healthcare workers within the clinic with a day outside of the four hospital walls that consume most of their time while receiving treatment. This event enables patients and their families to participate in various arts and crafts activities, carnival-style games and sports, and photo booths, while also interacting with special members/organizations from the surrounding Chapel Hill community.
