The Columbia Fireflies are offering an open invitation to costumed fan groups to attend their event on May 4, 2025. This is approved by Lucasfilm. The contact information and details for the event are listed below. Please feel free to share this broadly with your clubs!

Parking will be in our vendor parking lot. Performers will need to have passes to park in the lot, so I will need their names prior to the game to obtain those for them.
Saturday, May 4, 2025, at 5:05 PM (Gates will open at 4 PM).
Call time is 3 PM
Performers will share a changing room with our mascot. 
A solid number would still be between 5 or 10 performers.
We would have max capacity for around 10 performers. I will speak with our upper management and see if they think more could work.
