SUMMARY:Charleston Children's Heart Foundation Heart Walk
DESCRIPTION:This is a fundraising walk for the Children's Heart Foundation designed to raise money to support research for children born with heart problems. Additionally, the event is designed to bring together patients ("heart warriors") and families who have been through many hospital stays while battling a congenital heart defect. The annual event is held in a public park in a large gazebo and adjacent field, and during the event, families walk an approx. 1 mile loop through the park before returning to the event space. We are expecting ~150 people, with many kids and families in participation. It would be so fun and exciting for guests of all ages to have Star Wars characters at any part of the walk, and we would be honored to have your participation!
